These terms explain the conditions for using The Global Phone, a wireless service provided by CONNECTSIM. Please read them before activating or using the service.
Acceptance and eligibility
By purchasing, activating, or using The Global Phone, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into an agreement and provide accurate account information. Service requires a compatible, unlocked eSIM-capable device and a device configuration that supports the features you use.
What the service includes
Your plan provides service in the United States and in the destinations designated as Included Coverage for your plan. Your plan’s high-speed data allowance applies during each billing cycle. After that allowance is used, Always Unlimited continuation provides data at standard speeds for the remainder of the cycle, subject to these terms and network conditions.
Extended Coverage, where offered, is outside your base plan and requires a separate purchase. High-speed data top-ups may also be available. Check the applicable offer before purchasing: included destinations, allowances, availability, and purchase terms may differ by product.
Pricing, renewal, and cancellation
Your checkout and account information show the price and billing cycle that apply to your plan. Recurring plans renew and are billed monthly until canceled. Applicable taxes and fees may be added. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and service remains available through that cycle unless it is terminated under these terms.
One-time purchases, including top-ups, Extended Coverage, and a Global Phone Pass, are non-refundable once activated or used, except where required by law. Any other refund rights required by law remain in effect.
Coverage and performance
Coverage maps and destination lists describe expected availability, not a guarantee of service at every location. Signal, speeds, call quality, and feature availability can vary with your device, location, network conditions, congestion, and local restrictions. Service may be interrupted or unavailable.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, fraud, unauthorized resale, or activity that disrupts or abuses networks or other users. We may take reasonable steps to protect the service, including restricting or suspending misuse.
Numbers, porting, and emergencies
Keep My Number and other number-porting features depend on eligibility, accurate information, and the cooperation of the current provider. A requested transfer may take time or may not succeed. Do not cancel your existing number service until your transfer is complete.
Emergency calling, including 911 and E911, may be limited or may provide inaccurate location information when a call uses Wi-Fi or data. Keep your registered emergency address current. If emergency calling is unavailable, use another working phone or local emergency service.
Other services and ownership
Optional third-party and partner services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability and performance are controlled by the relevant provider. CONNECTSIM and its licensors retain their rights in The Global Phone software, branding, and content. These terms give you permission to use the service, not ownership of that intellectual property.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or a particular speed, coverage area, or outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, CONNECTSIM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Any limitation of liability applies only where permitted by applicable law and does not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and termination
We may change the service or these terms and will provide notice when required by law or when a material change affects your service. The updated terms will state their effective date. You may stop using the service and cancel your plan if you do not agree to a change.
We may suspend or terminate service for nonpayment, misuse, violations of these terms, or when required by law, subject to applicable notice and consumer-protection requirements.
Governing law and contact
